我們致力於魚類離子和滲透壓調節機制的探討,對於魚類體液離子與酸鹼平衡調控的分子/細胞機轉,以及面對環境變動時內分泌系統對體液恆定的調控作用尤感興趣。近年來,我們利用多種分子生理學和功能性基因體學的研究方法,以斑馬魚、青鏘魚等為實驗對象進行一系列研究,建立起魚類離子調節研究的新平台,並開啟相關議題未來發展的新方向,為當前相關領域提供嶄新的觀點。 研究主題包括: 1.魚類離子調節機制的新模式; 2.離子細胞增生、分化及功能調節; 3.離子調節機制的內分泌調控; 4.海洋椎動物面對氣候變遷的生理機制。
